We are all “The Mole Agent” with the protagonists of Maite Alberdi’s films

We are all “The Mole Agent” with the protagonists of Maite Alberdi’s films

The Oscars are about to begin!

And we’re proud to present the campaign “We Are All the Mole Agent” (#TodosSomosElAgenteTopo,) which consists of 9 emotional videos with the protagonists of Maite’s films, who have joined each other in celebrating her historic nomination alongside producer Marcela Santibáñez.

After the incredibly long journey of success and emotion at home in Chile and abroad, this Sunday, Maite, Marcela, and Sergio (Charmy) will set foot at the 93rd edition of the Academy Awards, but they won’t be alone.

All of Chile will be in anticipation, especially the protagonist of The Lifeguard (2011), the incredible women from Tea Time (2014), and one of The Grown-Ups (2016) who sent their love and words of encouragement to the crew of The Mole Agent!

Accompany us on this journey, remembering the faces that have given life to Maite’s films, in the following video:

The Mole Agent, the campaign

“We Are All the Mole Agent” (#TodosSomosElAgenteTopo) was launched in collaboration with Chilean TV station Chilevisión and with the ProChile network of sales offices around the world.

“This was born out of the desire to make Maite, Marcela, and their whole crew feel that an entire country is behind them and with them. For CinemaChile they’re already winners, and their historic achievements open the path for new generations of documentarians and filmmakers, and make us once again able to attest to the world that Chilean cinema is strong!” says Executive Director of CinemaChile, Constanza Arena.
