Week of Chilean Cinema in Madrid will be presented by its great protagonists

Week of Chilean Cinema in Madrid will be presented by its great protagonists

The actors Antonia Zegers (El Club, Tarde para morir joven), Daniela Vega (Una mujer fantástica), Paulina García (Gloria) and Alfredo Castro (No and El Club) will present their films during Chilean Film Week, organized by CinemaChile and which, for the first time, will be held in Madrid from Thursday, May 30th, through Sunday, June 2nd, at Golem cinemas.

Constanza Arena, CinemaChile’s executive director, highlighted that the activity, which celebrates the Chilean film promotion institution’s 10-year anniversary, is starting with Madrid, “given the relevance of the increasing co-productions between the two countries, and especially of the growing support of Spanish audiences that are watching Chilean films in movie theaters.” This event will be held again at a later date in two European capitals, Paris and Berlin, and will then travel to the city of Los Angeles (USA).
