16 stories of victims of the dictatorship narrated from the point of view of relatives and witnesses. Each short film tells the tragedy of people who, after being detained at the hands of Pinochet’s secret police officers, were disappeared, leaving a void in the lives of their loved ones. 2019 commemorate 46 years of the civic-military coup and A Necessary Story will allow us to get to know from the human perspective the tragedy that occurred in Chile.
