Juan Quispe, a police investigator from Antofagasta, and the son of Peruvian immigrant parents in Chile, must solve a series of crimes with an apparent racial motivation behind them. Set in the middle of a city with the largest immigration in the country, the search for the killer turns into a police thriller without concessions on migration and human trafficking in northern Chile.
